At AR Chughtai, we are committed to your satisfaction with Miracle Herbal Hair Tonic: Restore & Strengthen Hair.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Eligibility:
- Product must be in its original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
- Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (hair care products).
- Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
How to Return:
- Contact us at [your email/WhatsApp] with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse (customer pays return shipping).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Note: We do not offer refunds on opened products, damaged items due to customer mishandling, or if the product has been used. For any damaged items received upon delivery, please report within 48 hours with photos.
