- Shipping Methods: We ship via reliable courier partners (TCS, Leopard, or Pakistan Post for local; DHL/FedEx for international).
- Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (check cart for details).
- International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Delivery time is 7-15 business days. Customs duties, taxes, or VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your parcel is dispatched.
- Shipping Address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In case of any damage or loss during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Herbal hair oils are packed securely to prevent leakage. During extreme summer, transit time may slightly affect texture (this does not impact product quality).
